Please note that the CPLI Italian School Calendar works in tandem with Edmonton Catholic School and Public School Districts. However, there are SOME dates that are different and therefore, CPLI students MAY have Scuola on days if their English school is off for PD Days and the like. Similarly, CPLI Students MAY NOT have Scuola on days English school IS in session.

--Giorno di Rimembranza ed Intervallo Autunnale (Remembrance Day and Fall Break) November 8th, 2024 (Friday/venerdí-no classes) classes resume November 13th, 2024 (Wednesday/mercoledí) **CPLI Thursday/Giovedí Classes IN Session on November 7th 

--Parent Workshop: Engaging our HL at all Levels to nurture continued learning—Wednesday November 6th at 6:15pm (CPLI Scuola) 

---Ferie d’Inverno, Natale, Capodanno e la Befana **Thursday December 19th is Friday Schedule /venerdí December 20th is Thursday/giovedí Schedule. Official Break starts on December 23rd (lunedí). Classes resume January 6th, 2025 (lunedí)

--Giorno della Famiglia February 17th, 2025 (lunedí-no classes) 

--Conferenza Pedagogica February 27th-28th (no classes 

giovedí and venerdí). Classes resume March 3rd 

--Ferie di Primavera **giovedí March 20th is venerdí Schedule/venerdí March 21st is giovedí Schedule. March 24th-28th (classes resume lunedí March 31st)

--L’Ultimo Giorno di Scuola e Festa di Fine Anno Last day of formal classes is June 20th (venerdí) and June 22nd (Sunday/domenica) is Scuola Celebration Day

Every year, we schedule two (2) - three (3) school fieldtrips per year for each class:

October 25, 2025 (PM PreK-Kinder)-Telus World of Science

February 14, 2025 (Classe del Giovedí-Dante)- Winspear Centre

May 16, 2025 (Classe del Giovedí-Geografia)- Winspear Centre

May 30, 2025 (AM & PM PreK-Kinder)-Fort Edmonton Park
