Please note that the CPLI Italian School Calendar works in tandem with Edmonton Catholic School and Public School Districts. However, there are SOME dates that are different and therefore, CPLI students MAY have Scuola on days if their English school is off for PD Days and the like. Similarly, CPLI Students MAY NOT have Scuola on days English school IS in session.

--First Day of Scuola September 8th, 2026 (Tuesday, martedí)

--Giorno della Veritá e Riconciliazione September 30th, 2026 (Wednesday/mercoledí--no classes)

--Festa di Ringraziamento October 12th, 2026 (lunedí-no classes)

--Giorno delle Elezioni October 19th, 2026 (Monday, lunedí). No PM Class Sessions, including DopoScuola

--Giorno di Rimembranza ed Intervallo Autunnale(Remembrance Day and Fall Break) November 11th, 2026 (Wednesday/mercoledí-no classes) classes resume November 16th, 2026 (Monday/lunedí) 

---Ferie d’Inverno, Natale, Capodanno e la Befana**Thursday December 17th is Friday Schedule /venerdí December 18th is Thursday/giovedí Schedule. Official Break starts on December 21st (lunedí). Classes resume January 4th, 2027 (lunedí)

2027

--Giorno della Famiglia February 15th, 2027 (lunedí-no classes)

--Conferenza Pedagogica February 25th-26th, 2027 (no classes giovedí and venerdí). Classes resume March 1st (lunedí), 2027

--Ferie di Primavera e Pasqua **giovedí March 25th is venerdí Schedule/venerdí March 26th is giovedí Schedule. March 29th- April 5th (classes resume lunedí April 5th)

--Giorno della Regina Vittoria e Lungo Fine Settimana May 20th (no classes giovedí)-25th (classes resume martedí)

--L’Ultimo Giorno di Scuola e Festa di Fine Anno Last day of formal classes is June 25th (venerdí)
